Notice of Pipeline Carrier Tariff Filing

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Cook Inlet Pipe Line, LLC (CIPL) filed TL64-303, seeking to remove tariff provisions related to delivery, loading, terms, and related charges for the Drift River Terminal. CIPL states that the marine transportation has been discontinued for the Drift River Terminal. CIPL also states that the Drift River Assets have been decommissioned as part of CIPL’s recently completed configuration of its oil and gas transportation system in Cook Inlet.

This notice does not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve a rate or classification that varies from that proposed.
