Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (Chugach) filed TA479-8 seeking approval of a fourth extension to the special contract with Matanuska Electric Association, Inc. to provide natural gas management services. The revision proposed with TA479-8 will extend the end of the contract from March 31, 2020, to March 31, 2023, and includes an annual price adjustment escalator effective April 1, 2021, and April 1, 2022.
This notice does not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve a rate or classification that varies from those proposed.
