The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Alpine Transportation Company (AlpineTC) filed TL39-538, seeking to revise its intrastate petroleum transportation rates. AlpineTC has requested an effective date of January 1, 2020, for this filing. The proposed rate revisions are shown below.
