The Alaska Statewide Active Transportation Plan (Bicycle and Pedestrian) has been updated and adopted by the Department of Transportation
The Plan draws its authority form Alaska Statute 44.42.050 and is a component of the Alaska Long-Ranges Statewide Transportation Plan as defined in 23 CFR 450.216.
