NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

ANC Taxiways K, G1, and J Improvements Design Services
RFP Number:  25192064

The Contractor shall provide civil design services to complete a bid-ready set of plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E). Services also include environmental services (including the preparation of the environmental documents and permits), assessing the condition of the storm drain infrastructure using closed circuit television (CCTV), an engineer’s design report (EDR), construction safety and phasing plan (CSPP), electrical design, erosion and sediment control plan (ESCP), assistance during bidding, and assistance during construction.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately July 2019 to November 2022.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available May 2, 2019 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, AK before 4:00 p.m. Persons residing outside the general vicinity may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than May 23, 2019, 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
