Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project No. 0A24019/Z661480000, Richardson Highway MP 353-357 Access Improvements, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, May 23, 2019, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.

The project consists of improving and extending the frontage road system between Richardson Hwy MP 353 and 357. Work includes frontage road construction, repaving existing mainline, construction of auxiliary lanes, installation of highway lighting and modification to at-grade intersections.

Engineer's Estimate is between $20,000,000 and $30,000,000.

The project completion date is July 1, 2020.
