Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project No. 0711080/NFHWY00358, Richardson Highway MP 51-65 Resurfacing, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, May 23, 2019, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.

The project consists of resurfacing the Richardson Highway between MP 51-65. Improvements include roadside hardware, drainage improvements, and utility relocations.

Engineer's Estimate is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000.

The project completion date is July 31, 2020.
