NOTICE OF ADOPTED CHANGES TO THE REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD OF DENTAL EXAMINERS

On February 15, 2019, the Board of Dental Examiners adopted regulation changes to Title 12, Chapter 28 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern sedation permit requirements, continuing education requirements, license qualifications, and courtesy license requirements.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on April 1, 2019, and will be effective May 1, 2019. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 230, July 2019 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
