Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the Board of Public Accountancy

On February 8, 2019, the Board of Public Accountancy adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 04 of the Alaska Administrative Code.  The regulations update adopted-by-reference materials, update experience requirements, and make technical cleanups, including the deletion of a formerly adopted-by-reference document that the outside source no longer maintains.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on March 20, 2019, and will go into effect on April 19, 2019.  See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 230, July 2019 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
