The Division of Administrative Services of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development on the behalf of the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) seeks expert services to assist the RCA in evaluating Chugach Electric Association, Inc.’s (Chugach) acquisition of the Municipality of Anchorage d/b/a Municipal Light & Power Department (ML&P).

Amendment 01 to RFP 190000048 was posted Friday, March 22, 2019. The amendment provides notification of a required attachment for an offeror's cost proposal, corrects the points assigned to cost in the Proposal Evaluation Form, contains information presented in pre-proposal teleconference, and provides a summary of the questions and answers for all questions received prior to the deadline for questions. Amendment 01 is a mandatory return amendment.
