Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers

On January 17, 2019, the Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers adopted regulation changes to Title 12, Chapter 70 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern appraiser qualifications and appraisal management company registration.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on February 26, 2019, and will go into effect March 28, 2019. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 229, April 2019 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
