Sealed bids for the roof replacement at the Spring Creek Correctional Center in Seward, Alaska will be received until 1:30 p.m., February 26, 2019. Bids will be opened at 550 W. 7th Avenue, Suite 1800, Anchorage, Alaska. This state funded project will consist of a Base Bid or as specified in the ITB. Numerous photos are available upon written request only and due to the large size of the file. It is not included in the ITB packet.

A pre-bid conference site visit is scheduled for this project and is scheduled for Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at the Spring Creek Correctional Center in Seward, Alaska. Please contact Gary Bailey, at 269-7344 to register or you may email him at gary.bailey@alaska.gov . Bidders will need to submit required security forms to access the facility. These forms are included in the bid documents and should be submitted 72 hours prior to date of scheduled visit. Please submit these required forms to Scott Nichols at scott.nichols@alaska.gov . Note that cell phones are not allowed within the facility, however, digital cameras are for project purposes.
