On September 18, 2018, the Real Estate Commission adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 64 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations update broker licensing training requirements, consistent with an amendment to AS 08.88.091(c) enacted under sec. 1, ch. 39, SLA 2016; add contents to a broker’s written policy manual for supervision of teams; and adopt a definition of “team.”
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on January 22, 2019, and will go into effect on February 21, 2019. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 229, April 2019 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
