Due to the partial government shut-down, the Division of Public Assistance will be issuing February SNAP benefits early. Most SNAP recipients will receive their February benefits on their Quest Card on Sunday, January 20, 2019. There will be no additional food dollars added in February. We encourage our SNAP recipients to plan their food purchases carefully so they have money available to meet their food needs.
