QUESTIONS PRIOR TO DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS: All questions must be in writing and directed to the procurement officer. The interested party must confirm telephone conversations in writing. The deadline for questions is January 8, 2019 at 3:00 PM Alaska Time.

DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS: Bids must be received no later than 3:00 PM Alaska Time on January 16, 2019. Faxed, emailed or oral bids will not be accepted.
