QUESTIONS PRIOR TO DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS: All questions must be in writing and directed to the procurement officer. The interested party must confirm telephone conversations in writing. The deadline for questions is December 21, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Alaska Time.

DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS: Proposals must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. Alaska Time on January 2, 2019. Faxed, emailed or oral proposals will not be accepted.
