MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD HEARING

THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT

Pursuant to Alaska Statutes 17.38.111 and AS 44.62.210, the Marijuana Control Board is holding a public hearing on December 19, 2018, to allow for public comment on the proposed regulations change for Onsite Marijuana Consumption Endorsements.

The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2018, at 4805 Dr. MLK Jr. Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska. The hearing will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and might be extended to accommodate those present by 1:00 p.m. who did not have an opportunity to comment. The public call in number for the meeting is 1-800-379-4140

The State of Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development and the Marijuana Control Board comply with Title II of the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
