On October 4, 2018, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 12 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern business license endorsements, repeal of outdated regulations, and updating methods of filing documents.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on November 2, 2018, and will go into effect January 1, 2019. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The regulation changes will be printed in Register 228, January 2019 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
