Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of DCCED/CBPL - Occupational Licensing Fees for the Big Game Commercial Services Board

On October 2, 2018, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 02 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern a fee charged to municipalities for requests of hunt records and transporter activity reports for the Big Game Commercial Services Board.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on October 31, 2018, and will go into effect November 30, 2018. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulations will be printed in Register 228, January 2019 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
