Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of DCCED/CBPL – Occupational Licensing Fees for Real Estate Appraisers

On August 16, 2018, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 02 of the Alaska Administrative Code.  The regulations update occupational licensing fees for professions regulated by the Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on September 7, 2018, and will go into effect on October 7, 2018.  See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 228, January 2019 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
