ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD EMERGENCY MEETING

Pursuant to Alaska Statutes 04.06.050 and 44.62.310, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is holding an emergency telephonic meeting on April 10, 2018, to review an amendment proposed for House Bill 299. The amendment was provided to the public on Friday, April 6. The next hearing on this bill is expected to be on Thursday, April 12. The scheduled emergency meeting is the only opportunity for a quorum of the board to meet.

The meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 10, 2018, beginning at 8:00 a.m. The public call in number for the meeting is 1-800-315-6338; code 69173#. The meeting is open to the public.

The State of Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development and the Marijuana Control Board comply with Title II of the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
