On December 5, 2017, the Big Game Commercial Services Board adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 75 of the Alaska Administrative Code.  The regulations update allow, under certain conditions, the transfer of blank hunt records from one registered guide-outfitter to a different contracting registered guide-outfitter.  The regulations also update the adopted-by-reference hunt record form that registered guide-outfitters submit as required under AS 08.54.760.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on April 2, 2018, and will go into effect on May 2, 2018.  See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 226, July 2018 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
