The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend the Lease of Lot 1A, Block 12, consisting of approximately 30,000 square feet (ADA-07700) at Bethel Airport for five (5) years.  Applicant:  Jeffery P Hoffman and James R. Hoffman, d/b/a Hoffman Aircraft Services.  Annual rent:  $4,440.00. Authorized uses: Aeronautical – Operation and maintenance of a hangar facility; aircraft maintenance; aircraft parking and storage; and vehicle parking all in support of Lessee’s aircraft maintenance operations. 

Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., April 22, 2018, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the Supplement.
