On October 20, 2017, the Board of Veterinary Examiners adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 68 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations update requirements for courtesy licenses and licensure of veterinary technicians.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on December 21, 2017, and will go into effect on January 20, 2018. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 225, April 2018 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
