On November 17, 2017, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulation changes in Title 3, Chapter 180 of the Alaska Administrative Code regarding the Community Assistance Program, formally known as the Community Revenue Sharing Program.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on November 17, 2017, effective December 22, 2017.
