Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of DCCED/CBPL – Occupational Licensing Fees for the Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors

On September 22, 2017, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 02 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with occupational licensing fees for professions regulated by the Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on September 29, 2017, and will go into effect on October 29, 2017.  See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 224, January 2018 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
