On August 29, 2017, the Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 70 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations update the qualification criteria adopted by reference.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on September 18, 2017, and will go into effect on October 18, 2017. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 224, January 2018 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
