REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Sealed proposals for Tazlina District Heat System Biomass Boiler – Design/Build, Project Number 18004, will be received until 2:00 p.m., August 10, 2017 at AIDEA at 813 West Northern Lights Blvd., Anchorage, Alaska.
This contract requires the contractor to provide the necessary design and construction services for a
Biomass Boiler system to provide heat for the Native Village of Tazlina (NVT). The Design-Builder may elect to provide up to two Owner described enhancements as part of their proposal which will be scored as part of the proposal evaluation process.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $200,000 and $300,000. The Project substantial completion date will be September 30, 2018.
Plans, Specs, Proposal Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge on the AIDEA website.
