On May 10, 2017, the Board of Massage Therapists adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 79 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations update requirements involving continuing education and crimes involving moral turpitude.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on June 5, 2017, and will go into effect on July 5, 2017. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 223, October 2017 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
