The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lots 2 & 3, Block 30, consisting of approximately 87,500 square feet (ADA-72427 successive lease to ADA-03301R), at Nome Airport for fifty-five (55) years, to expire May 1, 2072.  Applicant:  Ryan Air, Inc.  Authorized uses:  aviation - Operation of a commercial aviation business; air taxi, contract charter service; maintenance of aircraft.  Annual rent:  $10,762.50.
