MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD MEETING
APRIL 4 AND 5, 2017
ANCHORAGE, ALASKA
THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT
Pursuant to Alaska Statutes, 17.38.111, the Marijuana Control Board is holding a meeting on April 4 and 5, 2017, to consider license applications, license enforcement actions and suspensions, regulations, and other matters that may come before it. The board will reserve a time period for public comment regarding items not on the agenda and not relating to regulations currently out for public comment.
Persons may appear at any time during the meeting. Comments on any items other than open regulations projects may also be submitted to the board in writing by any person at any time, electronically by email to amco.regs@alaska.gov , or in writing by mail to 550 W 7th Ave, Suite 1600, Anchorage, Alaska 99501, by March 23, 2017.
The meeting will be held on April 4, 2017, at the Snowden Training Center, 820 West 4th Ave, 2nd Floor, Training Room, Anchorage and April 5, 2017 Atwood Building Room 102 and 104, 550 W 7th Ave, Anchorage. The meeting agenda, including the public comment time, will be available on the board’s web site at https://www.commerce.alaska.gov/web/amco/Home.aspx. Public wishing to testify must pre-register by emailing marijuana@alaska.gov no later than March 23 with their intent.
