MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD MEETING
MARCH 7, 2017
ANCHORAGE, ALASKA
THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT
Pursuant to Alaska Statutes, 17.38.111, the Marijuana Control Board is holding a meeting on March 7, 2017, to consider its agenda covering onsite consumption, packaging, enforcement, transportation, ongoing and proposed regulations projects, and other matters that may come before it. The board will reserve a time period for public comment regarding items not on the agenda and not relating to regulations currently out for public comment.
Persons may appear at any time during the meeting. Comments on any items other than open regulations projects may also be submitted to the board in writing by any person at any time, electronically by email to marijuana@alaska.gov , or in writing by mail to 550 W 7th Ave, Suite 1600, Anchorage, Alaska 99501, by March 1, 2017.
The meeting will be held on March 7, 2017, at the Snowden Training Center, 820 West 4th Ave, 2nd Floor, Training Room, Anchorage. The meeting will begin at 1:00 P.M. with a briefing by the director. The public testimony period for items not on the agenda will begin at 1:30 PM. Public wishing to testify must pre-register by emailing marijuana@alaska.gov no later than March 3 with their intent.
