Emissions: The potential annual emissions of regulated air pollutants at the source will not exceed: 12 tons PM, 36 tons NOx, 3 tons SO2, 163 tons CO, and 15 tons VOCs. The total annual emissions of regulated air pollutants is 226 tons.
ADEC Preliminary Review: Based on review of the application, ADEC drafted a preliminary permit decision for the AWWU Water Pollution Control Facility.

Opportunity for Public Participation: Notice is also given that any interested person may present written statements relevant to the draft documents by the close of the public comment period. Written comments will be included in the record if received by close of the comment period. ADEC will consider all comments received and make any change ADEC finds beneficial or necessary to assure compliance with 18 AAC 50 or State Law. Any person may request a public hearing and that hearing will be held if ADEC finds that good cause exists.
