ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD MEETING
FEBRUARY 1, 2017
JUNEAU, ALASKA

Pursuant to Alaska Statutes, 04.06.050, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is holding its regular meeting to consider its agenda covering liquor license applications, license enforcement actions and suspensions, regulations, and other matters that may come before it. The board will take public comment for items not on the agenda, including the conduct of business by licensees and the compliance by licensees and others with the statutes and regulations related to alcoholic beverages. The board may hold hearings to ascertain the reaction of the public and local governing body to license applications pursuant to AS 04.11.510(b)(2) when required by AS 04.11.470 or on the board’s own initiative. The board will review written public comment on open regulations projects but will not take verbal public comment on any open regulations projects at this meeting.
Persons may appear at any time during the meeting. Comments on any items other than open regulations projects may also be submitted to the board in writing by any person at any time or by contacting the board by telephone at 907-269-0350, electronically by email to sarah.oates@alaska.gov , or in writing by mail to 550 W 7th Ave, Suite 1600, Anchorage, Alaska 99501 by January 13, 2017.
The meeting will be held on February 1, 2017, at the State of Alaska Building, 333 Willoughby Ave, 9th Floor, Conference Room A, Juneau. The meeting will begin at 9:15 A.M. with a briefing by the director. The public testimony period for items not on the agenda will begin at 9:30 AM.
