On August 19, 2016, the Board of Public Accountancy adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 04 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with code of professional conduct, attest functions, education requirements, and peer review.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on December 5, 2016, and will go into effect on January 4, 2017. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 221, April 2017 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
