ITB TITLE: E-1 AGGREGATE - WILLOW STATE PIT - FEDERALLY FUNDED

Body of Notice:

CONTRACT INTENT: This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is intended to result in the purchase of E-1 Aggregate on an as-needed basis, produced at a State Owned Pit located in Willow and delivered F.O.B. to locations listed in the bid schedule, Central Region, Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities.         

The Bid Opening Date: October 20, 2016 at 2:00 PM.        

PRE-BID WALK-THROUGH: Interested parties/potential bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the following location during the scheduled walk-through with the state representative.

The State owned Pit is located at:

MP 26.8 Willow Fishhook Road, Willow, AK 99688

The State Representative has scheduled a site visit on October 12th 2016 @ 1:00PM.
