The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 10B, Block 100, consisting of approximately 26,250 square feet (ADA-09150 successive lease to ADA-07811), at the Girdwood Airport for twenty-six (26) years.  Applicant:  James and Carol Mendenhall, 2006 Revocable Trust.  Annual rent:  $1,443.75.  Authorized uses:  Aeronautical – Parking, tie-down and maintenance of Lessee’s private aircraft, operation and maintenance of a hangar for storage and maintenance of Lessee’s aircraft, rental of hangar space, and the installation and rental of tie downs.
