The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to permit Lots 2D and F, Block 400, consisting of approximately 7,725 square feet (ADA-09144), at the Willow Airport for five (5) years.  Applicant: Gary and Shirley Byers.  Authorized uses: Aeronautical  –  private aircraft tie-down and vehicle parking.  Annual Fee: $550.00.
