NESBETT COURTHOUSE CARPET REPLACEMENT
ALASKA COURT SYSTEM
ANCHORAGE, ALASKA
The Alaska Court System is soliciting proposals for the above project in Anchorage, Alaska. Project consists of but is not limited to the removal of existing glue-down carpet flooring and replacement with Owner-furnished, Contractor-Installed carpet. Removal and replacement of rubber cove base, and furniture moving. The estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $200,000.
Sealed bids must be delivered or mailed to the Alaska Court System, Attn: Leasing & Contracts Manager, 820 West 4th Ave., Anchorage, AK 99501. Sealed bids must be received on or before September 27, 2016, at 9 am.
Invitations to Bid stating the requirements are available after September 6, 2016 for pick up at the above address or at http://aws.state.ak.us/OnlinePublicNotices/. A pre-bid conference will be held at 825 W 4th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501 on September 16, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.
