The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-72032 (Lot 3, Block 300), consisting of approximately 12,500 square feet, at St. Marys Airport for an additional five (5) years, to expire August 20, 2021.  Applicant:  JJM, Inc.  Annual rent:  $1,187.50.  Authorized uses:  aviation – Part 135 Air Taxi operations.
