Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of DCCED/CBPL – Occupational Licensing Fees for Chiropractors

On July 26, 2016, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 02 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with occupational licensing fees for professions regulated by the Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on August 10, 2016, and will go into effect on September 9, 2016.  See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 219, October 2016 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
