RFQ Hillside snow plowing/removal services - Amendment #1

Question - Please clarify Call Out Service pricing, is it a flat rate, hourly rate or per yard of material?
Answer - Our intent is to have all Call Out Service priced at a flat rate.

Chugach State Parks is soliciting offers for snow plowing and removal services for the Prospect Heights trailhead parking lot, Upper Huffman trailhead parking lot and the Glen Alps trailhead parking lot in Anchorage, AK.
METHOD OF AWARD: Award will be made as one lot based on Total Cost to the lowest responsive and responsible offeror. Offerors must bid on all items listed in the Bid Schedule on page 10 to be considered responsive. Failure to bid on all items listed will cause the State to consider the offer non-responsive and reject the offer.
CONTRACT TERM: One year from date of issue with five optional one year renewals. Renewals will be at the sole discretion of the State.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: November 1, 2016 thru March 31, 2017.
