The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) proposes to issue an Owner Requested Limit (ORL) authorization AQ0058ORL01 to Hilcorp Alaska, LLC. for the Trading Bay Production Facility under Alaska Statute 46.14 and regulation 18 AAC 50.
Operator: Hilcorp Alaska, LLC, 3800 Centerpoint Dr. Suite 1400, Anchorage, Alaska 99503
Location: Western Cook Inlet, Alaska
Activity: Limit the downtime of a vapor recovery unit and fuel gas fired in flares.
Emissions: The potential-to-emit at the stationary source will not exceed 100 tons-per-year (tpy) of NOx and VOC.
ADEC Preliminary Review: ADEC is making a preliminary decision to approve the ORL.

ADEC will consider all comments received and make any changes it finds beneficial or necessary to assure compliance with 18 AAC 50 or State Law. Any person may request a public hearing and that hearing will be held if the Department finds that good cause exists.
