The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to permit Parcel B, consisting of approximately 9,928 square feet of land (ADA-08767), at Ninilchik Harbor for three (3) years.  Applicant: Copper River Seafoods, Inc.  Annual rent:  $550.00.  Authorized uses:  Nautical - Continued operation of a dock for the mooring of vessels unloading fish for the Permittee’s off-site seafood processing operations; placement of approved temporary storage containers; related vehicle parking.
