On May 6, 2016, the State Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 36 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with application deadlines.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on July 8, 2016, and will go into effect on August 7, 2016. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 219, October 2016 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
