The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to allow the use of Lot 2A, Block 2, consisting of approximately 11,308 square feet (ADA-72383), at Kotzebue Airport for two (2) years ending June 1, 2018.  Applicant:  Matt or Julie Owen.  Authorized uses:  Unscheduled air taxi & hunter transport.
