FMATS is hosting a Subcommittee Meeting for the FMATS Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP). The meeting will be on Wednesday, May 25 in the FMATS Conference Room, 800 Cushman Street, from 8-10am. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the draft FMATS Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP). The TAP provides funding for programs and projects defined as transportation alternatives, including on- and off-road pedestrian and bicycle facilities, infrastructure projects for improving non-driver access to public transportation and enhanced mobility, community improvement activities, and environmental mitigation; recreational trail program projects; and safe routes to school projects.
