The work for this project consists of the installation of a new standby generator, and associated work required for connection which will be located on the north east corner of the Glenn Massey Theater Building.  Additional work will include the creation of a generator pad, installation of a new gas meter, bollard construction and Automatic Transfer Switch installation.  The Contractor is responsible for the procurement of all items required to complete the installation of all work.
