HSIP: Badger Road Two Way Left Turn Lane

The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, in cooperation with the Alaska Division of the Federal Highway Administration, invite you to attend an Open House to discuss proposed safety improvements on Badger Road between Dennis Road and Hurst Road.  The project will construct a continuous two way left turn lane between Dennis Road and Hurst Road with geometric improvements at the Holmes/Peede Road intersection.  We are currently working on conceptual designs, engineering and environmental studies. Construction is currently planned for 2019. For further information please navigate to dot.alaska.gov/nreg/badger.

You are welcome to come in anytime between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.  The Department also requests information and comments on resources in the study area that may be affected, including historic properties, archaeological sites, wetlands, and floodplains.
