Sealed bids for ADF&G Crooked Creek Hatchery Renovation, Program No. 2501000014, will be received until 2:00 p.m., May 27, 2016 in the main conference room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This State funded contract will rebuild raceways and address safety issues at the Crooked Creek Hatchery. Work includes selective demolition, site work, concrete, metals, and finishes utilities and fabricated raceway gates and piping. Additive Alternate 1 work includes installation of 24” drain pipe. Alternate 2 work is Not In Contract (NIC).

A non- mandatory pre-bid site visit is scheduled for May 18, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Crooked Creek Fish Hatchery at 21880 Johnson Lake Road, Kasilof, AK. Contact Project Manager Kim Mahoney at 907-269-0822 with any questions regarding the site visit.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.  The Project substantial completion date will be within 120 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
